SSP-DLC
(Digital Life Certificate for Social Security Pensioners)

You can download the Social Security pensioners DLC generation app for Android devices here. The mobile app will help generate a digital life certificate, and uses the Aadhaar Biometric Authentication platform. The App works using Aadhaar based face, finger-print or iris Authentication. In case using fingerprint/iris authentication an external biometric device is required to be connected to the android mobile, where as if using Face Authentication no external biometric device is required. Also note that Face authentication works only in India.

The app is intended to be used only for Social Security Pensioner's life certificate submission. Usage of the application for any other purpose is prohibited. In case you require support please contact our help-desk at ssp-dlc[at]supportgov[dot]in

 Pre-Requisites for using SSP-DLC App

 1) Mobile/Tablet device has to be un-rooted to run the application
  2) Android 10.0 or above (Un-rooted device)
  3) RAM - 4+ GB.
  4) Minimum 500 MB free storage.
  5) In case using Face Authentication(works only in India)
      a. Camera Resolution - 5MP or greater.
   b. AadhaarFaceRd Service by UIDAI – can be downloaded from Google Play Store.
  6) In case using Finger/Iris Authentication
   a. An external biometric device as specified by UIDAI ( either a finger print scanner or iris scanner )
    b. RD Service of the respective biometric device which can be downloaded from Google Play Store.
